While we hope you love your order, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s). You can absolutely send them back to us for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date!
Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.
We accept returns within 30 days for store credit or exchange only. The item must be unused with tags affixed and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged, have makeup stains, etc... when we receive them will not be eligible for a store credit! *Sale merchandise + hats are FINAL SALE*
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact customer service at email@example.com. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.
Orders can take from 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number.
We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories.
Standard shipping (1 to 3 business day transit) on all orders less than $100 before taxes and shipping is $7.95 and free for all orders of $100 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
