everyone loved the Wonka Swirl print dress we had at our Sweet 16 back in May, then the top in this print flew out and welp, we just had to bring it back one last time! This is such a flattering "cut in on the shoulders" style that really shows off those Summer tans. It's definitely a shorter style though - beware.
